HOW LONG IT TAKES TO SHIP THE PRODUCTS ?

- For domestic orders, please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order to receive your purchase.
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. This is usually within 10 to 15 days of placing your order.
Although we try our absolute best to deliver each package during the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed. USPS packages can sometimes be delayed.
For fastest possible delivery select USPS Priority when available.

 

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ?

- For international orders the time to receive your purchase may vary depending on the country. Our international shipping rates do not include any duty/import fees that may be imposed by the destination country customs authorities.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS ?

- Where2Next products are proud to offer a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases. If you purchase the product and don't like it, you have 10 days to arrange for a return and refund. Anyone wishing to exercise their 90 Day Money Back Guarantee must return their product to Service center and make sure that there is no impact on resale . Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER ?

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

CAN I EXCHANGE ?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@yoniddis.com
